Senior Associate – Financial Due Diligence (Deals Transaction Services)

About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Deals Transaction Services team. You will support organisations in realising value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions through rigorous financial due diligence and data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage medium to large‑complexity due‑diligence projects.
- Identify and quantify purchase price adjustments, working‑capital and debt‑related issues.
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality written deliverables and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain strict adherence to Indian GAAP and accounting standards.
Required profile
- CA qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial due diligence.
- Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and high integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
