Senior Associate – ERP Controls (ITRA) – Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Gurugram, focusing on ERP Controls within the ITRA (IT Risk Assurance) team. You will work with clients across industries to design, implement and evaluate internal audit and risk management processes that protect value and enable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end internal audit engagements, including ERP control testing and risk assessments.
• Support IA function set‑up, transformation, co‑sourcing and managed‑service delivery models.
• Apply AI‑enabled risk technology and cybersecurity concepts to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cyber, forensics and compliance specialists to address complex risk scenarios.
• Prepare and communicate findings, recommendations and assurance reports to senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with several years of experience in internal audit, ERP controls or IT risk assurance.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
