Senior Associate – Employee Central Time Tracking (SAP Advisory)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Employee Central time‑tracking initiatives within its SAP Advisory practice. You will work on large, multi‑country implementations, helping clients optimise their HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central track for complex, multi‑country projects.
• Design and configure core Employee Central modules, including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life‑Cycle Events, Time Off and Benefits.
• Create custom absence time types and time account types, and enable assignment of time‑off master data to employees.
• Facilitate design workshops, gather requirements, and ensure seamless integration with client systems.
• Provide training and post‑implementation support to maximise client adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employee Central implementations for international or domestic customers.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of all Employee Central functionalities.
• Ability to work independently and guide cross‑functional teams.
