Senior Associate – Data Engineering (Data & Analytics) – Mumbai

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Data & Analytics Advisory team in Mumbai. You will work on data engineering projects that help clients turn raw data into strategic insights, supporting business intelligence, data management and data assurance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Lead data architecture and data services engagements for clients.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement innovative analytics solutions that optimise business performance.
• Ensure data quality, governance and security across projects.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Senior Associate level with proven ability to lead engagements.
• Mandatory certification in Spark 3.0; Databricks Advanced/Professional Architect certification is a plus.
