Senior Associate – Data Analysis & Visualization

About the role

Alcon’s Analytics & Intelligence team is looking for a Senior Associate who will drive outcomes through advanced data analysis and visualization. You will work with large eye‑care datasets, apply statistical and data‑mining techniques, and turn insights into clear visual stories for internal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialized data analysis and visualization tasks using statistical analysis and data‑mining methods.
• Conduct independent research to optimize project outcomes and support business goals.
• Create meaningful visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Work primarily autonomously, making decisions within the scope of assigned tasks while collaborating with management as needed.
• Apply advanced analytical knowledge to solve complex problems and support the Analytics & Intelligence function.
