Senior Associate Conversational AI Developer (GE4CX) – Bangalore

About the role

PwC’s Advisory practice is looking for a Senior Associate to design, develop and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions on the Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) platform. The role will focus on creating multi‑turn, multimodal AI‑driven workflows that enhance customer experience across enterprise contact‑center environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch conversational AI workflows using Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) models.
• Develop and optimise intents, entities, playbooks, prompts, fulfillment logic and end‑to‑end conversation flows for enterprise CX scenarios.
• Configure and enhance Agent Assist capabilities, including knowledge recommendation and real‑time assistance.
• Integrate Contact Center AI (CCAI) components with back‑office and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with CX, IT and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption and continuous improvement of AI‑powered engagement tools.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional (Senior Associate) with proven experience in conversational AI development.
• Hands‑on expertise building multi‑turn, multimodal AI workflows for large‑scale customer‑experience platforms.
• Strong understanding of contact‑center ecosystems and enterprise system integration.
