Senior Associate – Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join PwC’s Advisory practice in Chennai. In this role you will work alongside senior consultants and business leaders to address complex strategic and operational challenges for large, multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse client problems and develop actionable solutions.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured issues and deliver clear recommendations.
• Utilise a variety of analytical tools and industry research to generate insights.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and mentor junior team members.
• Communicate findings and proposals in a structured, persuasive manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or related advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage ambiguous problems.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and PwC’s professional values.
• Willingness to seek diverse perspectives and adapt behavior to build relationships.

Required skills

• Consulting methodology and problem‑solving techniques.
• Understanding of climate and energy sector trends (preferred).
