Senior Associate – Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its General Consulting services team. You will work alongside business leaders to address complex strategic and operational challenges for large, global organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to solve business issues from strategy formulation to execution.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured problems and extract insights using a broad range of analytical tools.
• Delegate tasks, coach junior team members and provide stretch opportunities.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring compliance with PwC’s code of ethics.
• Communicate findings in a clear, structured manner and influence stakeholders.
• Seek exposure to diverse situations, environments and perspectives to broaden expertise.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Demonstrated self‑awareness, ability to receive feedback and develop personal strengths.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build quality relationships and adapt behaviour to different situations.
