Senior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects from concept through construction, mentoring a small team at our Worli studio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all stages, from concept and design development to working drawings and site coordination.
• Mentor and guide a team of architects, reviewing their drawings and keeping quality consistent.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other consultants, resolving design and technical issues early.
• Present to clients, run design meetings, and turn feedback into clear decisions.
• Manage deliverables, timelines and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure design intent survives all the way through to construction.

Required profile

• B.Arch from a recognised institution; CoA registration required.
• 5–7+ years of post‑qualification experience, ideally with a reputed practice.
• Strong design sense backed by solid technical and detailing knowledge.
• Proven experience producing construction documentation for large projects.
• Good working knowledge of Mumbai DCPR 2034, approvals and redevelopment norms (a big plus).
• Confidence leading a team and dealing directly with clients and consultants.
• Clear communication, a calm approach under deadlines, and real attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• SketchUp or Rhino (or similar tools) for presentations.
