Senior Analyst - Monitoring Systems

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Senior Analyst – Monitoring Systems to join its Enterprise Platform Services team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on ensuring 24/7 availability of cloud‑based platforms, handling incidents, and driving continuous improvement through automation and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 24/7 availability of Levi’s Enterprise Platform Services and respond to production alerts at L2/L3 levels.
• Initiate incident response for cloud service interruptions and conduct trend analysis using Power BI and AI.
• Support cloud deployments, updates, maintenance, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Design redundant infrastructure, manage server fleet, and oversee platform lifecycle, capacity upgrades and technical refreshes.
• Develop metrics to monitor health of cloud resources and produce FinOps reports for cost allocation and tagging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field.
• 4–6 years of experience working with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Technical certifications in Azure or GCP are preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with business process owners and functional leaders.

Required skills

• Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, Terraform.
• Version control and artifact management: GitHub, Artifactory.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, GitHub Co‑Pilot.
• Monitoring and analytics: Power BI, AI‑based trend analysis.
• FinOps reporting and cloud cost tagging.
• Network troubleshooting and cloud load‑balancer services.
