Senior Analyst, Global Supply Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to lead Global Supply Planning, ensuring efficient production scheduling and inventory management across our Ahmedabad plant.

Key responsibilities

• Drive production planning and finite scheduling with the plant team to meet inventory, service and cost targets.
• Manage finished‑goods inventory, identify risks to CFR, conduct root‑cause analyses and maintain a CFR of 98% or higher.
• Highlight and resolve supply‑related issues, collaborating closely with BU, plant, demand planning and logistics teams.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, proposing process enhancements, cost‑reduction ideas and supply‑chain optimization projects.
• Oversee product listing, delisting and withdrawal activities with Marketing, minimizing write‑offs.
• Respond quickly to high‑priority customer escalations and own the resolution process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of supply‑chain concepts and business operations.
• 7‑9 years of supply‑chain experience in FMCG/CPG environments, preferably with an MBA.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
• Bias toward action, continuous‑improvement mindset and alignment with Kraft Heinz cultural values.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
