Senior Analyst – Client Servicing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Sr. Analyst – Client Servicing to support our enterprise clients in the US region. This role works night shifts in India to align with US business hours and focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Client Support & Query Resolution – act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Onboarding & Account Management – assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing continuous support to meet client objectives.
• Client Engagement – communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry developments while gathering feedback to improve services.
• Reporting & Analysis – track client performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration – work closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Tech teams to address client needs and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in B2B/Enterprise payments.
• Industry knowledge of payment processing technologies and global domestic payment systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work US shifts (7 PM – 7 AM IST).
