Senior Administrator – Reconciliation (GRS)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Administrator to lead cash and position reconciliation activities for its Global Reconciliation Services (GRS). You will ensure accurate, timely reconciliation between internal and external data sets while supporting a high‑performing middle‑office team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cash and position reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies within established deadlines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day reconciliation activities executed by service providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor adherence to SLAs and KPIs, escalating exceptions or recurring issues as needed.
• Maintain effective communication between service providers and internal stakeholders, managing tickets and workflow tools.
• Coordinate co‑sourced activities, including special reconciliations, ad‑hoc analyses, and reporting.
• Liaise with client representatives to resolve reconciliation issues and meet reporting expectations.
• Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios and report overdrawn positions.
• Assist team members in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reconciliation reports.
• Maintain and update documentation on reconciliation procedures.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in global capital markets, preferably in portfolio reconciliations or middle‑office investment services.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Aladdin, TLM, CRD, and/or CRIMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Detail‑oriented analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Team player who contributes to a cohesive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related finance discipline; relevant certifications are a plus.
