Senior Accountant

About the role

As a Senior Accountant you will join Volvo Group Finance to support sustainable transport solutions through expert management of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle. The position is office‑based and requires flexibility to work any shift while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable process, including intercompany and non‑intercompany transactions.
• Execute invoicing, cash application, credit collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, month‑end reporting, and detailed reconciliations.
• Oversee invoice billing processes, ensuring accurate creation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with SAP accounting standards and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Commerce graduate or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on AR experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to any shift schedule.
