Senior Accountant – General Ledger

About the role

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and support month‑end close activities. The role involves improving processes, ensuring internal control compliance, and collaborating with finance partners across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries for multiple functions during the monthly close.
• Conduct fluctuation analyses month‑over‑month, quarter‑over‑quarter, and year‑over‑year.
• Document accounting processes and support special projects, researching issues and proposing solutions.
• Maintain internal controls within GL operations and recommend enhancements.
• Partner with Revenue, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and business teams for timely close activities.
• Handle foreign currency transaction impacts and compile audit schedules for external and statutory auditors.
• Prepare supporting schedules for footnote disclosures in audited financial statements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in general accounting, month‑end close, and external audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP with exposure to Ind AS and IFRS.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to interpret complex data and work proactively as a self‑starter.
