Senior Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead partner acquisition and relationship management in Bangalore. You will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, driving revenue through advertising and promotional plans, and ensuring a seamless experience for both diners and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard 100‑120 restaurant partners in the assigned territory, explaining platform requirements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Achieve revenue targets by promoting advertising solutions and Dineout plans.
• Maintain and update Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content, ensuring high‑quality images and accurate information.
• Conduct regular partner meetings to review performance, address issues, and align on promotional activities.
• Prepare persuasive presentations on Dineout benefits and growth opportunities.
• Execute growth initiatives such as offer alignments and marketing operations to launch events on schedule.
• Resolve transaction issues, including diner payout disputes, to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the food‑tech or hospitality sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑sales environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
