Security Team Lead – Shift Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Team Lead to oversee the safety and protection of our facility during a designated shift. You will manage a team of security personnel, ensure compliance with security protocols, and act as the primary point of contact for incidents and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and schedule a team of security staff, delegating tasks and conducting regular briefings.
• Monitor and control access points, perform patrols, and conduct inspections of the premises.
• Respond promptly to incidents, coordinate emergency response, and liaise with local authorities.
• Supervise operation and maintenance of CCTV, access‑control, and alarm systems, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare shift reports, and ensure seamless handovers.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors, delivering security briefings and enforcing safety protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience (Army, Navy, Air Force).
• Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of relevant security laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with copper manufacturing processes is a plus.
