Security Operator – L2 Cybersecurity SOC

About the role

Fujitsu is seeking a Security Operator (L2) to join its Security Operations Center (SOC) in Chennai. You will play a critical part in protecting the company’s infrastructure by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM platforms.
• Correlate and investigate incidents across network, endpoint, and data loss prevention layers.
• Perform triage, containment, and remediation for identified threats.
• Prepare and present detailed incident reports to management.
• Maintain and fine‑tune SIEM rules and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cloud teams, especially on Azure, to ensure secure configurations.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a SOC or cybersecurity role (L2 level).
• Proven background in infrastructure protection, network security, endpoint protection, or DLP.
• Ability to work 24 × 7 shifts and operate from the SOC location.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to the assigned SOC site.
