Security Operations Manager

About the role

The Security Operations Manager will lead and administer effective security programmes to protect company assets, control crime, and create a safe working environment at AOR. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee security operations across all sites.
• Protect physical and intellectual assets through proactive crime‑control measures.
• Develop and maintain a secure workplace in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage security systems, fire and disaster preparedness, and technical convergence initiatives.
• Conduct audits, financial oversight and continuous improvement using TQM principles.
• Provide high‑level customer service and act as the primary liaison for security‑related communications.

Required profile

• Graduation degree with at least 7 years of experience as a commissioned officer in defence, coast guard, paramilitary or police services.
• Alternatively, 7 years as a Gazetted Group A officer (Assistant Commandant/Dy. SP or higher) or 10 years in a subordinate role with CISF.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate or industrial security leadership experience in a reputable organization.
• Proven management experience in industrial security, armed forces, police, CPMF or corporate security.
