Security Officer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Security Officer to join Global Kitchens in Kolkata. The role ensures a safe environment for guests, employees and property across our food‑service outlets, supporting our guest‑friendly service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits and common areas, conducting regular patrols to deter incidents.
• Manage crowd control during peak periods and respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
• Operate and oversee security systems including CCTV, access control and communication equipment.
• Prepare detailed incident and activity reports and coordinate with local authorities when required.
• Collaborate with outlet managers and staff to enforce safety protocols and support loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Assist in implementing emergency procedures and maintain a calm, professional presence.

Required profile

• Prior experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, retail or mall environments.
• Strong observation, situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Reliability, integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
