About the role

Shri Sadguru Realty is seeking vigilant and reliable Security Guards to protect its premises in Thane, Maharashtra. The role involves maintaining a safe environment for staff, visitors, and assets while responding promptly to any security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Manage access control by checking visitor identification and issuing passes according to company protocols.
• Report suspicious activities, security breaches, or maintenance issues immediately.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinate with local authorities when necessary, and follow established emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols to maintain a visible security presence.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist visitors and staff with inquiries, provide directions, and uphold a positive experience while enforcing security measures.
• Safeguard the property from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of prior experience in security roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Open to candidates of any education level; a background in security or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong observational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
• Good verbal communication skills for interacting with visitors, staff, and emergency personnel.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and perform routine security tasks.
