Security Guard

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join Erayaa Builders & Developers LLP in Bengaluru. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focused on protecting our real‑estate development premises and ensuring a safe environment for staff, visitors and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entry and exit points, allowing access only to authorized individuals.
• Conduct regular security patrols across the site and report any irregularities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents, following established procedures.
• Assist visitors and clients with directions and maintain a professional presence at gates or reception areas.
• Document security incidents and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with site management, local authorities and emergency services when required.

Required profile

• Strong physical and personnel security skills to protect premises, assets and people.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities for interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Previous experience in security, facility protection or real‑estate site security is advantageous.
• Ability to stay alert for extended periods, handle stressful situations calmly and follow security protocols.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school education or equivalent; relevant security training, certifications or licences are preferred.
