Security Guard – Construction Site

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Security Guard to protect a construction site in Vasai East, Mumbai. The role involves maintaining safety, controlling access, and responding quickly to any incidents on a 24‑hour basis.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol the construction site and monitor all materials present.
• Control access by checking identification and screening visitors or vehicles.
• Maintain visitor logs at entry points.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
• Respond promptly to fires, disturbances, medical emergencies, or any security breaches.
• Report incidents to senior personnel and ensure proper documentation.

Required profile

• Male candidates preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a security guard or watchman.
• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) qualification.

Required skills

• Access control and visitor identification.
• CCTV and alarm system monitoring.
• Ability to respond to fire, disturbance, or medical emergencies.

What we offer

• On‑site accommodation at the construction client site.
• Two 12‑hour shifts (8 AM‑8 PM) with double‑shift salary.
• Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000.
