Security Guard – Bangalore

About the role

Prestige Group is looking for reliable security guards to protect its premises in Chikkabidarakallu, Bangalore. You will help maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets by conducting patrols, monitoring surveillance, and responding to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance equipment, reporting any suspicious activity immediately.
• Control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Check that all security equipment is functional and report faults.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; security training certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of public safety procedures and protocols.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle potential security threats.
• Professionalism, integrity, and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Operation of surveillance equipment.
• Use of access control systems.
• Handling of detecting and emergency equipment.
