Security Executive

About the role

The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel is looking for a Security Executive to join its security team in Kollam, Kerala. You will be responsible for safeguarding guests, staff, visitors and hotel assets while delivering high‑quality guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security patrols.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, associates, visitors and hotel property.
• Control access to designated areas and manage visitor screening.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents and guest concerns.
• Maintain daily occurrence logs, incident reports and security records.
• Support fire & life safety procedures and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities as required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel security or a similar role (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit with a professional appearance.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
