Security Executive

About the role

As a Security Executive you will lead the day‑to‑day security operations of an Accor hotel, ensuring a safe environment for guests, staff and partners. You will be responsible for implementing robust security policies, managing emergency response, and maintaining the integrity of all access and surveillance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across the hotel premises.
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Develop and execute crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services and relevant stakeholders during incidents.
• Organise drills and training sessions for the security team.
• Monitor CCTV and other security technologies to protect the property.
• Maintain accurate records of all security‑related activities.
• Manage access control systems and secure all entry points.
• Issue and monitor access cards for employees, tenants and authorized personnel.
• Review and approve work permits (hot work, height work, impairment, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants and external partners to enhance overall safety.

Required profile

• Relevant security experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
