Security Bodyguard & Driver (VIP Protection)

About the role

The Security Bodyguard cum Driver provides close personal protection to VIP clients while safely operating their vehicle. This dual‑role position requires vigilance, defensive driving expertise, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide close physical protection to designated clients during travel, public appearances and at residences.
• Conduct route surveys, risk assessments and coordinate contingency plans.
• Operate assigned sedan, SUV or armored vehicle in accordance with traffic rules and VIP protocols.
• Perform pre‑trip vehicle checks, keep the vehicle clean, fueled and roadworthy.
• React promptly to attacks, medical emergencies or road incidents, evacuate the client and alert authorities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client schedules, locations and personal information.
• Secure the vehicle when parked, monitor surroundings and report suspicious activity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred); age 28‑50 years.
• Valid LMV driving licence with 3‑5 years of accident‑free driving experience.
• 3‑7 years of experience in personal security, VIP driving or as a bodyguard/ex‑serviceman.
• Physically fit, minimum height 5’8” (172 cm), alert and able to handle high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Defensive and evasive driving techniques.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge.
• Understanding of security protocols and close‑protection procedures.
• Valid LMV licence.
