Security Architect L2

About the role

We are looking for a Security Architect L2 to design and protect our organization’s computer and network security infrastructure. The role focuses on developing enterprise‑wide cyber‑security strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the enterprise cyber‑security strategy and architecture.
• Evaluate business strategies, conduct vulnerability and risk analyses, and identify security requirements.
• Identify and communicate emerging threats, design mitigation measures, and close security design gaps.
• Provide product best‑fit analysis covering layered security, zoning, API, endpoint, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform security assessments against NIST, SANS, CIS frameworks and support deployment, configuration, and integration of security technologies.
• Apply ITIL processes for incident, change, configuration, and problem management.
• Assist with disaster‑recovery planning and response to security breaches.
• Develop and respond to RFPs, ensuring design assurance and alignment with client standards.
• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of custom security solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain the information‑security risk register, and support audit activities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in security architecture and enterprise‑level cyber‑risk management.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, SANS, and CIS.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and compliance reviews.
• Experience with ITIL‑based service management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and RFP handling skills.
