About the role

8 Views, a Hyderabad‑based digital marketing agency, is seeking a results‑driven SEO Team Lead to own and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies for its clients. You will lead a team of analysts, drive organic growth, and contribute directly to lead generation and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Analysts, setting priorities and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Own SEO strategy for key client projects while overseeing execution across the team.
• Conduct client meetings, performance reviews, and present actionable growth recommendations.
• Build scalable SEO processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Leverage AI tools for content optimization, keyword clustering, and automation, and implement GEO and AEO strategies.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, content creators, and performance marketers to embed SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑first decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and strategic discussions.
