Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and coach our engineering development teams at Anaplan. In this role you will champion continuous improvement, accountability and predictable delivery while empowering teams to produce high-quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies and guide them to become self-led, productive and value-driven.
• Maintain transparent Agile dashboards (burn-down charts, flow metrics) to communicate progress and challenges.
• Coach the team toward self-organization, cross-functional collaboration and ownership of outcomes.
• Partner with the Product Owner to keep the backlog healthy, well-groomed and prioritized for maximum business value.
• Identify, track and remove impediments and risks, protecting team flow and productivity.
• Collaborate with the Agile Delivery Manager to surface and resolve systemic blockers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Coach mindset with proven ability to mentor teams and foster a growth mindset.
• Comfortable using Agile metrics to drive insightful conversations and continuous improvement.
