Scrum Master

About the role

The Scrum Master will lead an agile team developing digital solutions that improve airline operations, such as maintenance optimisation, technical documentation management, and ground connectivity. Working with cutting‑edge technologies and best software development practices, the role focuses on fostering a high‑performing, self‑organised team.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate Lean‑Agile leadership and enable the team to become self‑organised and self‑managed.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, program iteration planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Track and report Agile KPIs such as backlog burndown, sprint burn‑up, release burndown, and team velocity.
• Maintain clear communication with management and capture learnings for knowledge management.

• Strong servant‑leader mindset with experience guiding agile teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
