Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum framework, using innovative teaching methodologies.
• Facilitate hands‑on learning experiences to build foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, science and the arts.
• Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom that celebrates diversity and promotes positive behavior.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and school leadership to support student development.
• Integrate modern technology and tools to enhance teaching and learning processes.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and contribute to periodic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in reputed educational institutions.
• Strong understanding of child development and age‑appropriate teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
