About the role

Tulsi Kids School Balotra is seeking a dedicated full‑time teacher to join its campus in Pachpadra. The role involves designing and delivering age‑appropriate lessons across core subjects while fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and implement lesson plans for assigned subjects (English, Social Science, Computer Science, Mathematics).
• Teach core curriculum content and assess student progress regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of academic performance, behavior, and attendance.
• Communicate student progress and concerns with parents or guardians.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Support students’ social and emotional development in line with school policies.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching certification or diploma in Education (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (advantageous).
• Strong lesson‑planning abilities and classroom management skills.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with students, colleagues, and families.
• Willingness to use basic educational technology and school record‑keeping systems.
