School Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a polished, service‑driven Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of Queen Elizabeth’s School in Gurugram. As the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff, you will set the tone for every interaction and help maintain a safe, courteous environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist parents, guests and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, mail and visitor enquiries, routing them accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised reception area that reflects the school’s standards.
• Oversee the visitor management system and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
• Provide executive‑level administrative support, including filing, data entry and distribution of internal communications.
• Update internal contact directories and staff information systems regularly.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to child protection and willingness to undergo rigorous screening.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school community.

Required skills
