School Principal – CISCE Board

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead a CISCE‑affiliated institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering both academic and administrative functions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day academic and administrative operations of the school.
• Ensure compliance with CISCE board guidelines and standards.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate teaching and non‑teaching staff.
• Drive academic excellence and improve student performance outcomes.
• Plan and implement curriculum, timetables and academic strategies.
• Maintain discipline, student engagement and a positive school culture.
• Manage parent relations and handle escalations effectively.
• Supervise admissions process and support enrollment growth.
• Organise school events, examinations and co‑curricular activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (mandatory).
• B.Ed or M.Ed (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in school education.
• Prior experience as Principal, Vice‑Principal or Academic Head preferred.
• Strong understanding of CISCE board regulations and curriculum.
