School Parent Relationship Executive – Bangalore

About the role

We are a fast‑growing education‑tech company that connects K‑12 schools with parents through digital tools and human‑centric strategies. The School Parent Relationship Executive will own the end‑to‑end parent engagement for a portfolio of schools in the Whitefield‑Varthur area, turning routine communication into a transformational partnership that supports student success.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end parent engagement for assigned schools through calls, visits, workshops and digital touchpoints.
• Serve as primary liaison between school leadership, teachers and parents, ensuring timely flow of academic progress, behavioural updates and event information.
• Conduct regular parent feedback sessions and satisfaction surveys, analyse insights and co‑create improvement initiatives with school administrators.
• Design and deliver parent education modules on academic support, digital safety and emotional well‑being aligned with school curricula.
• Track and report engagement KPIs such as response rates, meeting attendance and feedback sentiment to continuously refine communication strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve school‑parent digital platforms, providing UX suggestions and content personalization based on real‑user feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in parent or community engagement, preferably within an education‑tech or school environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with ability to interact confidently with school leaders, teachers and families.
• Ability to organise events, workshops and on‑site visits and to gather and analyse qualitative feedback.
• Demonstrated aptitude for data‑driven decision making and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with school communication apps (e.g., ClassDojo, EduGorilla) and basic knowledge of child psychology or parent counselling is a plus.

• CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Data visualisation using Excel charts or dashboards.
