School Housekeeping Staff

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated housekeeping staff member to keep CS Academy’s campuses clean, safe and welcoming for students, teachers and visitors. The role involves daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, restrooms and other common areas within the school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, washrooms and common areas each day.
• Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum floors and furniture.
• Disinfect high‑touch surfaces such as desks, doorknobs, switches and railings.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish restroom supplies (soap, tissue, toilet paper).
• Clean windows, glass doors and notice boards regularly.
• Report any maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks) to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and post‑event cleaning during school functions.
• Maintain cleaning tools and supplies in good condition.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
