About the role
We are looking for a dedicated School Helper to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff. The role involves performing routine cleaning tasks across the school premises and supporting the overall hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain hygiene standards in accordance with school policies.
- Monitor and report the status of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to address specific cleaning needs.
- Identify and report any safety or safeguarding concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in cleaning, janitorial, or similar roles.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate standard cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of cleaning best practices and proper use of cleaning equipment.
