Scaffolding & Refractory Supervisor – India Recruitment Event

About the role

This position leads the execution team responsible for scaffolding and refractory services across company facilities in India. The role ensures safety, quality, and procedural compliance while supporting the integrated schedule and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily scaffolding and refractory activities, ensuring adherence to manuals, specifications, and safety standards.
• Plan, monitor, and report daily and weekly progress to senior management.
• Assess and certify scaffolding supervisors and inspectors; verify contractor competency.
• Conduct inspections and audits of scaffolding and refractory yards and oversee work activities.
• Update and improve scaffold procedures, technical manuals, and complex access requirements.
• Contribute to annual maintenance budgets, tool and spare‑part planning, and provide emergency maintenance support.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical engineering.
• Completed CITB, CISRS, and OSHA certifications.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
