SAP Sales & Procurement Analyst – Bengaluru

About the role

Arm is looking for a SAP Sales & Procurement Analyst to join its Bengaluru office. You will work on a 16x5 shift pattern, providing specialist end‑user support for SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing, Procurement and Logistics solutions within a DevOps‑style environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 and L3 support for SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement modules.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems following ITIL best practices.
• Participate in design, development, and maintenance of SAP‑based services and integrations.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP Variant Configuration, EMS, RAR, GTS and Ariba.
• Provide on‑call support on a rota basis.

Required profile

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 1 year on SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Proven track record of operational support and SAP implementation as a sales consultant.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• SAP S/4 HANA Sales, Sourcing & Procurement.
• SAP Variant Configuration (LO‑VC), FIORI and Embedded Analytics.
• SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) and integration via SAP Cloud Platform (CPI) or other middleware.
• Knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR), Global Trade System (GTS) and Ariba.
• ITIL‑aligned incident, request, change and problem management.
