SAP QM/MM ABAP Developer/Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Continental India is looking for a new SAP ABAP Developer who is interested in growing into a Techno‑Functional Consultant role focused on Quality Management (QM) and Materials Management (MM). Strong ABAP development skills and exposure to QM or MM modules are required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions in ECC and S/4HANA, including ABAP OO developments.
• Implement enhancements such as BAdIs and User Exits, and create interfaces using IDoc.
• Design and maintain forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAPScript) and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants in QM and MM, and gradually take over requirement analysis, customizing, and process optimization.
• Support S/4HANA projects, system improvements, and IT service management activities.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP OO and experience with enhancements, IDoc, and form technologies.
• Interest in QM/MM business processes and motivation to evolve into a functional consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English (German is a plus).
