SAP QM Manager – Advisory Services (Bangalore)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead SAP Quality Management (QM) advisory projects in Bengaluru. The role combines consulting, implementation and support of SAP QM solutions, helping clients optimise quality planning, inspection and control across procurement, production and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate end‑to‑end implementation and ongoing support of SAP QM modules.
• Analyse complex business processes, capture requirements and translate them into system designs.
• Conduct workshops with client stakeholders to gather and validate quality‑related requirements.
• Map client processes, develop necessary product modifications and configure SAP QM to meet business objectives.
• Design, customise, test and integrate SAP QM with other SAP modules to ensure end‑to‑end quality assurance.
• Provide training and post‑go‑live support to ensure seamless adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP QM projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and document detailed business requirements.
• Excellent communication and workshop‑facilitation abilities.
• Managerial mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.
