SAP Program & Project Manager – Scrum Master

About the role

AiFA Labs is seeking an experienced SAP Program / Project Manager with Scrum Master capabilities to lead enterprise SAP transformation and modernization initiatives in Hyderabad. The role combines program and project management with Agile delivery, overseeing end‑to‑end SAP implementations, migrations and support transitions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP programs including implementations, rollouts, migrations, upgrades and support transitions.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans and delivery milestones; manage governance, risk, issues and executive reporting.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile SAP delivery teams – facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate cross‑functional SAP teams (functional consultants, technical architects, QA, integration specialists) for S/4HANA, SAP BTP, AI and automation solutions.
• Serve as primary interface with clients and business stakeholders, conduct governance meetings and manage expectations.
• Mentor delivery teams, support resource planning and capability development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing SAP projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles and enterprise delivery models.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid SAP project delivery.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
