SAP HCM Manager – Advisory (Hyderabad)

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Manager to lead the delivery of SAP HCM Time implementation projects for its advisory practice in Hyderabad. The role combines technical leadership with business transformation, ensuring clients achieve operational efficiency through effective SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical team leader for SAP HCM Time implementation projects.
• Lead business transformation and managed‑services engagements.
• Conduct Business Blueprint workshops to gather requirements and design the future state.
• Produce functional specifications, configuration, unit‑test and integration‑test scripts.
• Coordinate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives.
• Plan, monitor and report project deliverables and status.
• Mentor project team members and ensure quality execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP HCM (especially Time Management) projects.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
