SAP FICO Manager – Advisory Services

About the role

PWC is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager to join its Advisory practice in Gurugram. You will act as a SAP consulting generalist, helping clients optimise financial processes through SAP solutions, delivering end‑to‑end implementations, and providing training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client finance requirements and design SAP FICO solutions.
• Lead or support SAP FICO implementation projects, including New GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Document Splitting.
• Provide project management oversight and ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver training and post‑go‑live support to ensure effective utilisation of SAP applications.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support project activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO.
• Relevant academic qualification such as B.Tech, MBA, MCA or CA.
• Proven experience in SAP implementations and preferably project management.

Required skills

• SAP FICO (mandatory).
• SAP Consulting and implementation on S/4HANA (preferred).
• Hands‑on knowledge of New GL, AR, AP and Document Splitting.
