SAP FICO Manager – Advisory (Gurugram)

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to join its Advisory practice in Gurugram. You will work as a SAP consulting generalist, helping clients optimise financial processes through SAP solutions, implementing best‑in‑class configurations and delivering training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client finance requirements and design SAP FICO solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementation projects, including New GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Document Splitting.
• Provide on‑site support and training to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers and other SAP specialists to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Travel to client locations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on SAP FICO experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP implementations and project delivery.
• Educational background such as B.Tech, MBA, MCA or CA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse client teams.
