SAP FICO Manager – Advisory (Gurgaon)

About the role

PWC is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to join its Advisory practice in Gurgaon. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end SAP finance solutions, guiding clients through implementations, and ensuring optimal use of SAP applications to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation projects, including configuration of New GL, AR, AP and Document Splitting.
• Collaborate with clients to analyse finance processes and design tailored SAP solutions.
• Provide training, support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
• Travel to client sites as required to oversee on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP FICO, preferably 10 years.
• Proven experience in SAP finance implementations and project management.
• Educational background such as B.Tech, MBA, MCA or CA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a client‑facing environment.
