SAP Consultant – Finance (FI/CO) – Hyderabad

About the role

Join BASF Digital Hub in Hyderabad as an SAP Consultant focused on Finance (FI/CO). You will work within an agile team to deliver end‑to‑end SAP solutions, support operations, and drive digital transformation for a global chemical leader.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operation and project delivery across all phases, from requirements engineering to standard IT feature provisioning.
• Perform error analysis and provide 2nd/3rd‑level incident and problem resolution.
• Develop and test new features based on user stories within an agile Scrum environment.
• Coach, train and build competencies of team members on SAP FI/CO modules.
• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for assigned project deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong functional expertise in SAP FI/CO, including FI customizing for General Accounting and Asset Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA on complex applications.
• Background in global Application Management Services (AMS) support, ticket resolution, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile DevOps practices, Scrum, user‑story creation, testing and documentation.
• Awareness of cross‑module integration (CO/MM) and optional knowledge of SAP BTP and Fiori.
