SAP ABAP Consultant – India

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join its advisory team across India (excluding Bangalore and Chennai). You will help clients maximise the value of their SAP investments by delivering custom and standard SAP solutions that span finance, supply chain, sales, engineering and human capital.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement SAP WRICEF objects (reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, forms).
• Gather requirements, create architectural specifications and perform feasibility analysis.
• Lead a development team, ensuring collaboration and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Code, test and perform QA in ABAP, HANA, BRF+, Web Dynpro and related technologies.
• Conduct client meetings to present solution designs and drive decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of hands‑on SAP ABAP experience, preferably 4–7 years in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, MBA or related field, completed in regular full‑time mode.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional IT and business teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
