About the role
Country Craft Exports is seeking a dedicated Sanding & Polish Supervisor to lead its flooring production line in Jodhpur. The role focuses on overseeing both sanding and polishing operations, ensuring high‑quality output and timely completion of tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the Sanding Department and the Polishing/Finishing Department.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor staff performance.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Drive fast and efficient production execution.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a floor supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Active, responsible, and practical attitude with a focus on getting work done quickly.
- Preferred background in the furniture or wood industry.
